Field Maintenance scope of work includes network fault troubleshooting, corrective maintenance activities and preventive activities for the BTS Sites and links as well as any Third Party Equipment of the Network like Transformers, Power Supply Systems, Generators, Shelters, Air Conditioner and etc.
Sites visits for corrective maintenance will be as per the faults/ active alarms in the network. Site visits for preventive maintenance will be as per the PM schedule, specified by the Customer. All Maintenance services are delivered according to pre-agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Network/Vendor standards.
